        We acquired this firms services for my wifes visa application. The application was successful thanks to 1st Citizen Layers despite my wife having had two previous visitors' visa refusals. All in all happy with the final result and would recommend. That said, one thing we found slightly annoying was the imprecision with which application drafts and client letters were prepared. We had to make multiple edit requests due to wrong entries in the application (such as wrong dates and misspelled names!) even though all the necessary documents where made accessible.
