If i could give minus 5 stars i would genuinely one of the worst conveyancing companies i have ever come across. Words can literally not describe how despicable they actually are steer well clear of them at all costs.

It maybe looks like they are asking cheaper price. But terrible and slow service. It takes forever to have updates and processes. They always murmur when you ask them questions. It can literally cost you to lose your house. Do not use this company.

I'm currently getting more updates about where I am in the process from my seller's solicitor and the housing association. I've not had a great experience with the team I'm working with. They have minimal people skills. Any time I ask for an update the response I get is 'it's in our workflow' which gives you nothing. When I finally did receive the pack after I had to get the housing association to put pressure on them and when my mortgage offer was close to running out; contract & legal report had lots mistakes.

Good price however terrible solicitors for purchasing a house. The house I purchased almost fell through as the solicitors waited 4 months before exchange of contracts. When calling, they always blamed that they had too much work - in my profession, don't accept work if you don't have the manpower for it and therefore this review is very harsh and I recommend anyone to go to a smaller firm where service is direct between you and your solicitor and not via secretaries etc.
