Everybody says that all the conveyance process is painful... and it's true. But Fionan Foo at Burligtons made it quite better than I expected. Attentive to details, working long hours and weekends, always there when I had doubts or needs, and also helping to keep the e-mail exchange and the tons of documents all in order and accessible.
