Customer service advisers fail to call back when promised - 5 times
Give out false information eg advised action been taken when it hadnt
Claimed documents were not correct when challenged they agreed they had made a mistake and all documents were correct.
Failed to act on legitimate instruction to sell when all required documents had been provided
First complaint raised with company 28/4/2021
Second complaint raised 5/5/2021 to date not even received an acknowledgment
They received my legitimate instruction to sell and all correct documentation on 20 April 2021 to date funds have not been received.
