Do not deal with this company. Customer service advisers fail to call back when promised - 5 times Give out false information eg advised action been taken when it hadnt Claimed documents were not correct when challenged they agreed they had made a mistake and all documents were correct. Failed to act on legitimate instruction to sell when all required documents had been provided First complaint raised with company 28/4/2021 Second complaint raised 5/5/2021 to date not even received an acknowledgment They received my legitimate instruction to sell and all correct documentation on 20 April 2021 to date funds have not been received.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. All correspondence has to be in writing, they don't accept electronic copies of anything. I've been trying to withdraw my investment for about three months now.
