A lady at the very first reception who wears the hijab when I showed her my appointment form, she told me to go further down and sit in the corner. Not informing me that I had to register at another reception to let my doctor know that Im here so they could call me. So now I have sat here for approximately almost 2 hours when my appointment was supposed to be at 10am. Completely unacceptable and could have been avoided if the lady had been more clear on what and where I need to go. Would give zero stars if I could as Im absolutely livid. Not the first time Ive had an appalling customer service here either. Its been multiple times now

Really dissapointed with a nurse called Annas attitude towards me she seemed quite arrogant that she got my brother a bed to stay in and seemed that she did us a favour when there were plenty of beds that day in the hospital
