I cannot say enough good things regarding the team at the Westminster Medical Group. From the initial consultation to the procedure and aftercare has been a 1st class service. Dr Sebastians wealth of experience is displayed in his work enthusiasm and professionalism. Barbara (patient adviser) Help was invaluable. She was a point of call regarding any concerns and issues no matter how big or small. She was always very polite and extremely helpful. If you are considering an hair procedure then you should consider WMG.

Phenomenal experience with Dr. Sebastian and the WMG team. I felt that I was in safe hands and was being worked on by a friendly team of professionals. While I have not had a similar procedure elsewhere I can confidently recommend this team!

Wow Wow WOW! Can I give this place 6 stars? I just received my micro pigmentation treatment from Westminster Medical and I couldnt be happier. I am over the moon with the result! I have a hair line again people! Marzena was the ultimate professional throughout the treatment and is a true artist. I am speechless when I look in the mirror. The hairline she created looks absolutely incredible! I look and feel 21 again! Thank you Marzena and the Westminster Medical team. If you are sitting on the fence about getting micro-pigmentation, take my word for it just go for it you will not regret it! Best money I have ever spent!

After suffering a really bad experience with a hair clinic based in Maida Vale, I did yet more research and stumbled across Westminster Medical Group. I decided to have a corrective procedure with them and so far I have no regrets. From the start, the staff at Westminster Medical Group demonstrated professionalism, great customer service and a strong technical grasp of corrective hair transplant surgery. Barbara and Theresa were excellent with regards to the standard of customer service, providing frequent communucation, prompt replies to questions and keeping me in the loop regarding developments. Dr Sebastian and his technicians were also excellent. Dr Sebastian saw me for 3 consultations prior and address all my queries professionally. On the day of the procedure, Dr Sebastian and his technicians demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, friendliness and quality of service. I strongly recommend the Westminster Medical Group.
