        I'm really quite upset with the service from Management. I booked a table online stating we'll be bringing our dog. I had received a call saying that dogs are allowed in the pub area only, (which is fine I can understand) however, the pub area is walk-in only. So we can't book a table there. You can only book in the restaurant area. I asked for a little flexibility since I really want to guarantee a table for my husband's birthday dinner and I'm not prepared to risk not finding anything. There was zero flexibility and they cancelled my booking. I can't understand why the rules are so rigid, when they even had my card details to secure the booking and I can't see how it would have impacted them negatively... Sorry to the person on the phone who had their hands tied!
