IVI London - IVF Fertility Clinic

Just finished my egg freezing procedure and want to thank you the clinic and my doctor Thomasz for the great work and handholding and care. I have been postponing the procedure as had many fears around the process, impact of medication and side effects. I had before consultation outside UK in another clinic but they didnt give me the full picture, so I was postponing. After my first consultation I knew every single detail of what is expected, at every step I had check ups to avoid side effects or adjust medication, everyone was very attentive and caring and very responsive to all my calls and e-mails. I had a really great experience during the egg preservation process. It was overall logistically challenging as I came from abroad but IVI London crew was very accommodating and helped me along the way. The whole process was actually easier and better than I expected. And we have retrieved a really good amount of eggs. Shout out to Dr. Lukaszewski who is a fantastic doctor, super knowledgable and made me feel really calm. The whole IVI team was always very friendly, supportive and transparent. Kudos for answering my numerous questions and taking such a good care of me.

Absolutely appalling. This was not my first time so I had an idea of importance of timing and accuracy of communication. In both IVI London failed miserably. Like leaving a reply for four days, when by then its simply too little too late. I can see how they are Always prompt to reply to reviews and how they looking for some excuses in bad reviews. Its always someone elses doing. Perhaps they should spent more time on actually caring for patientsI would simply summed up their service as unprofessional at best, and irresponsible at worst. And guess what , now they started to compete on price. No surprise there then.

The entire team is amazing and very professional. I always received a great support from everyone, regardless the countless questions and worries I had especially during some difficult moments.every doctor and nurses helped us a lot through all the cycles giving us all the support and reinsurance that we needed.we had our positive results thanks for all the support from start to end

I am so delighted I picked IVI to freeze my eggs. I had the best experience with a fantastic team around me. After having all the information presented to me, I decided to go ahead with the treatment. My nurses were fantastic booking me in regularly and taking me through the process, also making sure I understood each step. Dr Tomasz Lukaszewski was a excellent consultant who made sure I was aware of all the steps. On the egg retrieval day, I had the best care from Nurse Stella who made me feel special and looked after. I am so lucky to have had such a great journey with everyone at IVI and I would recommend it to anyone who is either egg freezing or IVF. Thank you to everyone at IVI.
