        I called the Embassy regarding my family visa the travelling to Tanzania. The lady at the reception was very helpful she went mile away to help me with the information. Thanks alot Tanzania high commission for Good Services

        The receptionist is incredibly rude and impolite. First, she cut me off in the middle of my query. Then, when I called again (and it took ages for the call to be picked up), she threatened to put me on hold if I don't tell her my request quicker (!!!).
