London Doctors Clinic Private GP

1st and bad experience with private sector. Doctor had no empathy. she was only interested in money. She was acting like a cashier. Quite surprised by the attitude. was seen five minutes later than my time no acknowledgement and worse wasting time by completing online form that I did already before going in. all in all the visit lasted for total of seven minutes which costed me 64. All my praise for the NHS.

Booked with Vitality with same day appointment. Brilliant service from the doctor. Would recommend.

This was one of the Vitality doctors listed on Vitality's website, and I booked that as was happy to see that I was able to be seen on the same day. I was very happy with the services of Dr Soares, who was really helpful and knowledgeable. When the person booking the appointment suggested that I may need a double session, Dr Soares had confirmed that a single session would suffice, saving me the use of my second permitted reduced Vitality appointment per year. This was obviously very welcome too. Lovely practice and one that I would be happy to recommend to anybody. The practice have also been very quick with responding to a couple of queries that I have subsequently had, which has been very helpful.

Although I had a good experience there, there was definitely hidden fees! When being charged online for my appointment, nowhere on the website did they point out I would have to pay an extra 69. They sent me numerous emails & text reminders but still didnt include the extra charge for the appointment. You can imagine my shock when the doctor charged me. Wouldve been very embarrassing had I not had the cash to pay!
