The Wimpole Eye Clinic - David Gartry

In January 2023 a routine eye examination found the sight in my left eye had deteriorated. A letter of referral was forwarded by me to David Gartry for comment. He agreed that YAG laser treatment was necessary. Early March I had the treatment on both eyes. The procedure was clearly communicated and was painless, resulting in an immediate improvement in vision. I cannot speak too highly of David and his team, consummate professionals all. Dont delay if YAG laser treatment is advised. I would still be awaiting a consultation with the NHS under any other circumstances. My sight is too important to delay treatment. I made the right decision.

I had LASIK eye surgery with Professor David Gartry in October 2022 to correct my short sightedness. I would highly recommend the Wimpole Eye Clinic for anyone considering corrective eye surgery. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and I felt completely safe. I did my research beforehand and Professor Gartry is clearly the best in his field. The initial consultation was well organised and went smoothly. The surgery itself was painless and the results were almost immediate! It really is life changing: no more glasses or contact lenses. Would recommend!

I had laser surgery back in 2004 with Dr Gartry and have only returned a month ago to have the lens replacement surgery. I had fantastic results almost immediately and the whole process was smooth and painless. I highly recommend this process with the best in the business.
