Dr Rowland Payne is an amazing doctor! He is the most knowledgeable and thorough doctor I have ever met. I am very pleased with the treatment he provided. All the staff in his clinic are wonderful as wellhighly professional! Thank you so much again!

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you have been referred there by the Qatari embassy. My experience with Dr Rowland was disappointing, to say the least. I was hoping for an expert consultation to address my skin and hair issues, but instead, I was met with vague answers and a dismissive attitude. The real nightmare started when I tried to cancel my sister's appointment. I was told there would be a cancellation fee, which was understandable. However, when I explained that it had been more than 24 hours since the appointment was booked and that I had sent a message to cancel, the staff became extremely hostile and started shouting at me. They took me to a private room and continued to press me to pay the fee, even after I explained the situation multiple times. I felt like I was being interrogated in an aggressive way. It was clear that the staff did not care about me as a patient, they only cared about making money. To make matters worse, the consultant witnessed the entire ordeal and did nothing about it. They simply told us to keep the noise down. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any medical facility. Overall, my experience at this clinic was horrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The entire team's lack of professionalism, empathy, and care for their patients is truly disheartening. I suggest finding a more reputable and caring medical service instead.

Dr Rowland-Payne is one of the most holistic comprehensive practitioner, Ive ever had in my life. Ive been a patient for 12 years and regard him as my singular best diagnostician and one of my most important physicians. Dont make the mistake of just thinking hes just an exceptional dermatologist, he is!, but hes so much more than that. He is an exceptional diagnostician, a thoughtful and kind human being and a very caring physician who is always available and deeply caring about his patients. A wholehearted five stars and much more.
