        Staff needs to be trained, extremely unprofessional, every single time I have been in there. Today they had a couple waiting for ten minutes ahead of me (I was taking away) only to tell them that there was a twenty minute queue. The cakes are nice.

        We enjoyed a lovely lunch here today. Yes, it's not cheap but this is London and great creativity takes time and therefore money. Staff were good and attentive (one was particularly helpful and friendly) but queue management for the seating was chaotic. All you need is a Deli Ticket Machine and the queue becomes self-managed.
