Dental Ariston - Harley Street

Called for the emergency appointment. Being told that they will call me back in about 20 mins. They never called me within the same day. The receptionist should be able to check the dentists schedule and let the patients know that if there is any chance, otherwise poor patient will be keep waiting holding the phone, while they could possibly find alternative if they could let them know sooner. (Or at least call them to say that they can't make an appointment) 'Emergency' needs to be treated as urgent and a bit more care. If i cannot trust your 'We will call you back ' I will never going to come back with you. Very disappointed.

Dr George is a dentist that always makes you feel comfortable during your visit and his work is exceptional. Going to the dentist can be difficult and distressing, but I have never felt that when going to George. Very talented dentist, 100% recommend.

I profusely apologise to Dr P. My original post was intended for another dentist in the same building, which I now know to be a separate entity. I'm so sorry to have caused you any upset, but the confusing could very easily happen again. I'm sure your patients would have realised that my comments bore no resemblance to the Dr P they know and hold in high esteem x

I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Dr George Papagrigorakis was really good. I had my teeth scaled and polished and I had a white filling replaced. I did not feel any pain and George was very supportive through the process.
