        A patient since 1989 - a recent visit reflected how much the practice has changed. Plastic flowers in Reception and Waiting Room!!!! Noise everywhere with other patients allowed to use their phones in the Waiting Room and in Reception - tired decoration - not a good experience particularly when paying Harley Street prices and waiting for surgery.........
