I was dealt with by a Brasilian guy yesterday (cant remember his name but just cam back off holiday). Amazing level of service, asset to the company!

Second time I've been to this branch, and been spoken to by the same lady who identifies herself as a manager in such a rude disgusting way. I spend a considerable amount monthly on coffee for myself, my business and also for my mother and sister. i only asked this afternoon if the staff could verify which coffee it was that my mother drinks and this manager came shooting across and shouted "I've told you before I cant give this information!!" I'm not asking for someone's private address or someone's bank account number; I was simply asking if the staff cold confirm which coffee my mother drinks so I could buy her several sleeves as her local branch have run out. The other staff I have encountered are super helpful and in fact really informative and seem to go the extra mile but this lady is absolutely atrocious!!
