I've walked past so many Times. The amount of jams and condiments on display is insane the old school style board is charming and the service is impeccable. Sit in a cute canteen style seating area or join the takeaway queue at lunch that is always there ! So much to choose from

chicken sandwich for 6.5, good value for money.. but you have to queue in lunchtime, guess it is a popular place for people working nearby.
