I used the Tonbridge office. The initial meeting was held in a hotel and after 6 months listing with them not one of their team had ever visited my premise. They refused to pick up the phone. I had no viewings with any potential buyers and no feedback as to why. They would on an adhoc basis send me an email suggesting they had interest however no-one ever materialised and no feedback was offered as to why? The only person they did introduce was done through a Skype, but he couldn't afford it and Transworld hadn't sort proof of funding prior to wasting my time. Even when I complained about the lack of service, they still refused to call me, instead removed my business from their listing All of the above was very bizarre when you think there was a 30000 commission at stake

They need to amend their marketing system.. They dropped a printed (although pretending to look handwritten) note through an empty building of mine to ask if the "Business Owner" would look at selling their business. Not sure what business they are trying to acquire - the premises are vacant?!. Tried to call the mobile telephone number in the note to wind them up and book an appointment for them to come round but I couldn't even do that as nobody answered the telephone.
