I loved my entire experience especially the fact that they held my dress for me whilst i travelled from cardiff to London. The help that I received whilst getting in and out of my dress was soooo perfect and spot on. I felt like a true princess, such lovely ladies working there should all be getting raise. Ill never forget the easy and efficient way i bought the dress, i knew on the way to the store that Id buy my dress from there. Highly recommend!!!!

I had a wonderful experience today at the London store with my mum. Lidia took my appointment. I had a dress couriered from the other store in York and they were really attentive and happy to answer all of my questions over the phone prior to the appointment. From the moment I walked in today I knew the shop was special. I was in safe hands as Lidia made us feel totally at ease from the get go. She had already pulled some dresses out based on designers I had mentioned on the phone and happily let me select a few more to try. The appointment was relaxed, joyous and really special from start to finish - Lidia even shed a tear with me and my mum when I came away with a dress had fallen in love with. I can't thank you enough for your hospitality, kindness and genuine love for what you do it was everything I could have hoped for and more! I highly recommend this lovely experience to any bride wanting to make this moment special. The shop is beautiful and the collection of stunning dresses and bridal accessories is a dream!
