        Helpful and friendly service from Ting YW. I even received a birthday card today when I told them that the item purchased was a birthday treat. How lovely and thoughtful Will definitely visit the store again on our next visit to London.

        Best customer service in both shops, the Bond Street one and then the one at Selfridges. Luven Gilll, the Boutique Supervisor, couldn't have been more helpful, offered us a drink on arrival when he didn't even know if we were going to be purchasing anything. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he really impressed us.

        Disappointing! Staff have no idea about their own stock. I had to explain different collections to the saleswoman. Expected a lot more from Chopard.
