Although a somewhat old store. The staff in this store are what make this shop great. What every store should be. The staff are all helpful, knowledgeable, accessible and efficient. You make my life so much easier. Thank you

Disgusting woman behind the counter. I used an online prescription agency for the to send my antibiotics order to boots, had a dreadful throat infection, was awake all night waiting for it to open at 9am. On arrival the disgusting woman claimed that I needed a signed prescription from my doctor, Id used this boots before with the same process so I knew she was wrong. I was in agony and could barely talk. Had to contact agency who explained it to the women, then she finally did her job, its was so frustrating not being able to correct her properly due to voice, such a shame that vile people like this try and make an already bad situation even worse because they think they have a little power.

Worse customer service in Marylebone area. Staff members were rude and lazy.

Utterly useless, never have any medications in stock, didnt even have over the counter chloramphenicol today. staff dont have a clue - its not a pharmacy but a shop to buy toiletries
