Every time I have a lovely experience at Rush Baker street. The staff is friendly and kind and I always leave the salon with a fantastic feeling. Special thanks to Nikki. She is very well experienced and has great taste. Every time she patiently talks me through what can or cant be done with my hair and gives great advice on how to maintain care afterwards. My hair now is healthier than ever regardless of the dyeing and bleaching. I am happy with the result every time I get my hair done with Nikki. I cannot recommend her enough. She is truly amazing. I was recommended to come here by my cousin but sadly very disappointed. 1st there was no manager or receptionist to handle the clients the stylist was doing it all on her own. I went with a consultation appointment. It was done and I asked if I could get it done today and she said shes busy but could work around and if I could stay. I agreed but wasnt given a quote. When I asked how much she gave me a rough quote of how much including services I wouldnt need and I was like I dont need that if it works to one price without the extras Im happy to wait and do it. I understand she had a client waiting and she was doing the job of the receptionist as well but once I said it she said you should go with someone lower Im busy I wont be able to do it go online see the prices and make your appointment. I was like surprised one minute she said she could even though she was busy with extras like blow dry olaplex but when I said I need only color which actually when you think of it saves her time she says no. This is not how a customer should be treated.
