W1 Tanning and Beauty

The staff are very unorganised in general. They didn't keep track of the power they applied to me (during my previous sessions), and the girl that was doing my treatment was rude when I asked her to explain the process (Lucy was lovely though). I scheduled my last session with them a bit later than usual because I would be away for a while, however, they didn't take note of the day I requested. They called me on a random day, asking whether I was running late, and I apologised for the confusion and explained that I asked for my session to be booked on a different day. They didn't care and decided to cancel my session. Now I'm desperate to get a new treatment not to lose all the work that has been done. I honestly think these guys want to get money from you, but they don't provide quality when it comes to service. This isn't something I would expect in Mayfair. They now say I accepted the confusion was my fault. However, I can assure you I was furious on the phone. They made a mistake and recorded the wrong date and later decided to cancel my appointment when I could not turn up. Just disappointing!

Nice foot massage, but the lady havent trimmed my nails at all. Not sure Ill come back.

Came here for ombre nail extensions and as you can see from the photo, my nails look beautiful, but the skin around them is an absolute mess. Never had this experience before! So disappointed that they look so rough and ugly. The person who did them seemed like they were rushing and were constantly sniffing very loudly throughout, which was unpleasant and also concerning during a pandemic. I told them I wanted my nails to be relatively short and had to repeat this three or four times before giving up - the person doing them insisted I have them longer than I wanted, which was really frustrating to receive. Also the hand massage at the end was pretty much pointless: the person doing it was incredibly limp so not a massage at all. The music was dreadful too...won't be coming back.
