        You need to want to bank with Al Rayan to bank with them. The staff are always friendly and helpful however their app is underdeveloped and they do take a while to get back to you but eventually get it resolved. I use my Al rayan account as a savings account, seperately from my main current account. Despite how much I like Al rayan I could never bank with them as my main bank, money transfers arent instant which is a real issue for me and they just take a while to get things resolved

        I have requested over and over again across 3 years for a change of address. To this date - it still does not seem to amend despite whatever branch/advisor I speak to. Really annoying!
