    Very poor service from Samira and the rest of the team. Incompetent. They decided to close the branch for lunch from 120-220 in the middle of the day. They are only open 9-3 pm. Lazy. They dont want to work.

    It's closed more than it's open, and when open, there is usually one person standing there directing you to the nearest machine, which does more than the staff. Smells really great though - should be made into a spa.

    Poor service. I went there to complete my account because they wanted my proof of ID. They didn't really want to help me because they didn't accept my contract as a copy in papers but neither as an email even though I explained that I don't have the original in papers but I could send it in email. Secondly they said to me as an excuse that they can't recognize my signature from the copy even though it was crystal clear and the same signature was on my passport as I showed them. My copy of contract was very clear as I just printed it as I had it in email.So what does someone do in this case? Goes to another bank where they will be willing to help them to become their customer. Just awful.
