Me and my dad were huge film fans. We loved the excitement of watching them loud and on the biggest screens possible at home. Having been into home cinema for a long time, it was a joy to share films with the old man (even if he did love the Underworldseries!). Sadly, he passed away in June 2022 and it was always my intention to take my set up (that he loved) even further. I made contact with Robert Taussig after some failed attempts to get responses from others in London. Within only a few hours, I had a full and detailed response outlining the availability and price of the product I wanted. I also had clear details of delivery. I did have questions but these too were answered in a very timely manner. The product was even price matched to what I had seen elsewhere. Even on delivery, the staff member was friendly and professional asking about the products use and set up. We had a great chat about the system and he reached out if I needed any assistance. I have been very impressed with Robert Taussig and the service they offer, enough to go back to them again for another product. Although not in stock, again they were quick to discuss delivery and cost (which was excellent). I won't hesitate to recommend this company. It is clearly about the service and the customer, not a fast sale.

I'm really glad we went to Robert Taussig and didn't try to put together a new system ourselves. The service couldn't have been more attentive at every level: from the first consultation with Robert himself, to trying out various systems put together in the listening room with Jay, to the installation with Paul and his team, and beyond to their attentive after care. We couldn't be more delighted with our new system.

Superlatives only please. Robert knows domestic AV, data networks, security, and home control better than anyone. In the near fifteen years I have known him, I have seen him optimise again and again, to keep himself at the forefront of the technology curve, and make home entertainment simple to use and home control enjoyable. His team of Olympic-class engineers are prompt, knowledgeable, polite and neat. Im always left delighted, but not surprised, by the job they do.
