With a booked second viewing, the agent forwarded an offer to the seller which was accepted, from another buyer. My second viewing was then cancelled. I understand that offers have to be forwarded to the seller, but with other viewings , why not wait for all offers received to be forwarded to the seller after all viewings were made that day. In my opinion this is very unprofessional. Interestingly, the offer that was accepted has now been withdrawn. Second viewing now arranged.

I can't praise the staff highly enough! Communication is excellent - I was never once left waiting, wondering what was happening, but was kept informed and updated regularly. Many lovely conversations with Richard - not surprised this office is such a central part of the community! You don't get service like this in many places these days! Efficient, personable, patient, professional and supportive - all this brought about a sale despite the delays through no fault of anyone. Thanks so much, Richard, for all you did! I have so appreciated you being there for us.
