From the moment I enquired, to picking up my beloved jacket, I was so happy with the service provided by Neil and Sylvia. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Neil was upfront, honest and friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him and have him repair the jacket, his work is outstanding.
