Betts Ecology and Estates

We have been using Betts for our ecological requirements for over a year now and the team have been 12 out of 10. Natalie, Nicholas and the team have been professional throughout, always operate in line with site rules and have continually gone above and beyond to assist our department with project based surveys, legislative advice and guidance on how to calculate/maintain our biodiversity metric. With have high ambitions at AML so finding a company to collaborate with that has an enthusiasm and pride in their work to match is a rarity.

Increased service charge 100% this year ten times the rate of inflation the estate looks a mess and they refuse to provide a list of what they are responsible for. We are paying for a service and we don't even know what we are receiving for the fee

Have had issues since day Disgusting service what a scam extraordinaire charges cant quite work out what they do for maintenance avoid like the plague unable to post review with 0/5 dont even deserve the 1 star

KEEP CLEAR this company will hit you with bills from every angle. Our estate has already had a price increase of 80% in first year for a company that is now doing less work on the estate. Sadly we will have the need to get lawyers involved now.
