I used Millis Sewing Studio for my daughters wedding. I had a hat and a mid length jacket, but no dress!!
Millie made me a beautiful silk dress fully lined and it fitted like a glove. I commend Milli and her team to you.

In typical bloke fashion, I had only just chosen and received a suit for a wedding one week away. Trouble is, I always need arms and legs taking up a few inches.
Oh, and I live in Somerset!
They had a mobile number listed so with it being late I dropped them a text and heard back first thing. They were more than happy and able to accommodate a rush job for taking up a pair of trousers for me the day before the wedding and they were only 15 minutes from where we were staying! Amazing news!
A couple days before we arrived I text again asking if they would be able to accommodate a jacket as well, but understood this might not be doable. Immediately the response was positive and they were able to do both pieces for me.
Even with a rush fee, the price was incredibly reasonable and I would certainly have expected the bill to be more than it was!
Hats off to you all and much appreciated.
I dealt with Abby and she was pleasant, friendly and understanding the whole way through. I always love to support small/independent/local businesses and the service here is testament to the reasoning for doing so.
I wish them all the best for the future and although I probably wont see them again, I hope dropping this note here will help anybody to make the right decision and get in touch.
