They were brilliant. As always with things like leaving gifts and a busy office you always leave it to the last minute! These guys saved the day, turned the order round in a day and arrived the following afternoon. The Crystal tankard was lovely and well engraved, and more than anything they were so helpful in getting it done and out to us in rapid time. Thank you.

I had a bottle that needed engraving and Majestic Crystal in Martin was fairly close to my location. Choosing a company by location isn't always a wise move however in this case it was the best decision I could have made. From the first contact email to picking up the finished item my experience with Majestic Crystal was exemplary even accommodating a last minute change. A big thank you to all members of staff especially Philip who made that 'little gift' into 'something special'.

I purchased a large vase with engraving for a 90th Birthday last month to be delivered. From 1st phone call to finished product, plus the delivery, the service is brilliant, the quality is outstanding, they should all be incredibly proud. Having already used Majestic before and received some of their wares in a gift too, I have no hesitation in recommending. Well Done All
