Went to pharmacy after putting a prescription 2 weeks earlier to be given one of my sons anti rejection tablets and to be greeted by pharmacists what do you want did not even care that none of my sons anti rejection tablets was there told me not his problem I told him he needs to get some customer service training and he was very rude back I can not understand why a man like that is working with public I have never come against a rude man what is the pharmacy employing such a rude man for went away with no tablets for my son and very angry

Most unreliable pharmacy never get medication in time sometimes have to wait for 2 weeks before they get them

Visited for the first (and it will be the last) time yesterday. All I wanted was a tube of non-prescription skin cream. Having waited for ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement of my existence, while the ladies in the back enjoyed a scintillating gossip, I decided to leave before I got so old that my driving licence expired. I understand that they do have other work to do, but surely they could have spared a few seconds from their conversation to at least ask what my business was? No matter - my business is something they won't be bothered with again.
