PART 2 - continue with court if still a problem. I also then contacted that garage it was going back to and explained I need receipts for work once done as this will carry on with court if problem. Apparently done a diagnostic when it first came back but then said they don't keep reports after a week to send me. Low and behold, tow truck arrived (this is all now like 6-7 months after buying the car, countless fights with him excuses 'nothing wrong perfect car 'from him 'in hospital', then 'lockdown' despite still trading and offering delivery of cars too and me having only driven it 3 times) he had a completely diff address to where the cars going to and I then received a call from his chosen garage who said they have no association with him anymore, the car needs a specialist, just a family small business and they do not want to work with him or want to be involved with Simon. Clearly knowing this is going to court. He then texted me after ignoring me saying its going to a bmw specialist in london. Thank god his garage let him down otherwise i would have a 2000 bill to sort via court, i only bought it for 3220. They sorted it all - timing chain! were oil changes used to disguise the engine rattling etc hmm? Warranty means nothing. Guy is a total scam artist never trust him or his warranty

Really couldn't say a bad word about Worthington & Son and Simon who treated me with care and respect during the purchase of my car.

Purchasdd my sons first car (vw polo. Simon was very honest and trustworthy. No pushy sales. Highly recommended. Will buy from here again.
