In over 20+ years in the motor trade( including commercials)
Never have I experienced such poor customer service.
Messed about, hung up on and to top it off a so called Director sniggering when dealing with my complaint.
The little vehicle was meant to be for my so who is an Officer in Royal Navy.
Goes to show how much they support our young troops...
Really, really poor experience.
I for one wouldn't go near them again.
And certainly wouldn't recommend to friends it family.
Or anyone to be honest.
