Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Banbury, Oxfordshire

Love this place. Dropped my boy off prior to going away for work and was so re-assured by seeing the site. It's beautiful. Kara and her team were so friendly and you could see they really cared about the cats in their care. Dropping my kitty cat off, he was obviously nervous as he suffers from separation anxiety but on picking him up he was such a happy cat. I got regular updates and even though he wasn't eating much the first few days due to the anxiety, he soon relaxed and was finishing his meals but I was kept up to date every step. Couldn't recommend this place more and I'll be returning!

Always had a first class service from Kara and never worry about leaving my cats in her super capable hands and lovely cat hotel. Her passion for cats and their care is paramount, however her huge knowledge in behaviour, genetics etc is a massive added bonus. A genuinely lovely lady who always wants to do the best for the animals in her care. I highly recommend Kara and her cat hotel.

My cats had a short stay at Longcroft but I absolutely think this is the best boarding facility around! Not sterile at all like other boarding facilities! Kara was absolutely lovely & Ill definitely return to Longcroft, if I ever plan to go away again. Thank you for the goodie box Kara! The cats love it! 10/10+++

Having just recently collected our cat after a long holiday, we can clearly say - you couldnt fault the level of care and compassion that is given to you and your cat from Kara at Banbury Longcroft. :-) Our boy was quite shy and sulky when dropping him off, but we could see just how much he ended up enjoying his holiday with Kara through photos and updates of how he was getting on. In the end, we saw how comfortable he was and that he made a new friend with Kara whilst we were away, which we are so thankful for. Kara was also incredibly helpful through the booking process and explained everything clearly, as well as answered our questions over email and a phone chat to confirm all the details. Over all, we are truly recommend Banbury Longcroft and are grateful for the level of care and love our cat received over his and our holiday!
