This place is awful. I was on the line for over 45 minutes to got told there is no appointment available. The next appointment available is in two weeks time! How patients supposed to get better and discuss problems with gp if even getting to speak to a receptionist took about an hour????

If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Impossible to get an appointment. My wife was diagnosed with a throat infection over the phone after days of trying. Then 3 weeks of phone calls with the same diagnosis. Went to see another doctor, within a hour she was in hospital diagnosed with pneumonia. If she hadn't gone somewhere else it could have cost her life. Our village needs another doctor and quick before someone dies.

Most recently Ive been trying to ring for 2 weeks for an appointment. Still waiting on referral letters from 2 years ago, whenever I chase it up Im told theres no record so I should book appointment to speak with a doctor, but I cant get an appointment. Ive suffered for the last 15 years from a diagnosed chronic condition and can never receive any care regarding the recurring issues this brings on. The times I have been seen by a doctor Ive left crying because they send me away without actually taking anything I say seriously or treating my issues. The only positive is the ease at which I can get my repeat prescriptions.

If I could rate 0 I would. I tired 2 days in a row called 8.30 on the dot to only be a queue of of 20 plus. Then finally finding out they had zero appointments. FYI this was for my 1 year old with severe chest infection and temp of 42. They advised 111 and was told if I went to urgent care I would be prioritised. 111 couldn't get me an appointment at Marston I ended up going to urgent care and they did not at all prioritise. I was left in a waiting room for 6 hours. First time I've felt really let down. Was only offered antibiotics, this should have been easy through GP and saved me and my daughter a very stressful day.

This surgery has been getting 1 star reviews for over two years now and worryingly there has been no improvement. Doctors Street and Noel would turn in their graves to see what a shambles this surgery has become. After four days of trying for an appointment, I struck lucky getting fourth in the phone queue at 8.30am. How all the appointments could have gone within a few seconds of the 8.30 opening time on the other days beats me! The appointment I was given was for 12.05. And there I sat for the next hour. In that time three patients went in to see the doctor. A cold, uninviting waiting room and not a word from anyone. Yes, I understand that emergencies happen. Yes, I understand that the doctors are struggling to cope with the number of patients. Yes, I understand that there will be delays. But, it is not beyond someone to say Were very sorry, but the doctor is running late. Could you come back in an hour? or Were sorry for the delay. When yet another patient went in before me, I gave up and went home to defrost. I, at least, had the courtesy to inform them that I was leaving! Looking for a new doctor. Any recommendations?
