Absolutely appalling service. Needed a new gearbox when we bought it so agreed to have it fixed by the warranty. Collected and returned the car no less than 5 times to me and no work completed. A year later I have had no joys, they wont even return my calls. Emails and texts have been ignored. Disgraceful company, reported to trading standards and court proceedings have been started to recoup money. If I can save one person from being fleeced by this company it would be worth it

AVOID THIS TRADER.. I paid a 400.00 deposit on a Mercedes CLK in March this year. The car was delivered, it had been badly damaged on the front offside wing and poorly repaired, Both rear wheel arches were rusty, and the nearside arch was also rotted through. I declined the car having spoken to the dealer, who agreed to refund the deposit in full. The vehicle was taken away by their driver. It is now 29th May, and despite numerous emails, texts and phone calls from Dan, the owner, promising repayment, or expressing false surprise that payment has not been made, no money has been returned. We are now at the stage that he is not even man enough to accept a phone call to resolve the matter. He has basically stolen the 400.00. AVOID THIS THIEF!!!!!!!!!!!
