        Phoned and spoke to Chris this morning about loose undertray, popped in after lunch so he could have a look, Chris sorted issue using some clips I had Excellent service, many thanks.

        Absolutely shocking and clueless got kids working there with no experience whatsoever, appointment made for today to change two front tyres on one of our new Vans simple task to be honest, this lad decided to jack up the van on the jacking point which are designed for the approved manufacturers jack. I challenged him about it and he assured me that there wouldn't be any issues, I followed by asking him if he was going to use a rubber resting block or Wood to support the area. But he continued to jack up the Van and said there was a rubber block but there isn't one now.... that's assuring to know pride and care is taken while your vehicle is in there possession, absolute joke! Now I am left with no tyres changed today and crushed jacking point and damaged paint work. Waiting on area manager to contact me and to explain how and when is our Van is going to be fixed????? I wouldn't even give you a one star
