Waa there about 2 years ago getting a new clutch and a few other bits on an astra. Guy on the phone gave me a price, however after work had been completed he then told me he hadn't added the VAT on so I had to pay an extra 20 percent. Only place I know that doesn't include VAT when pricing a job up. The work completed was fine.
