Ordered some Snowdrops and Bluebells in the green, arrived the next day in great condition and they were good value. Had a small query as I couldnt plant them straight away, filled in an enquiry form and had an answer back within hours. Prompt and helpful customer service which is really refreshing! Great experience from start to finish.

Good product. Poor after sales service. Courier failed to deliver but Eurobulb when asked for help responded the equivalent of Sort it yourself and there after stopped answering emails. Result..I paid 4.50 for delivery and had to drive 45 min to collect twice - no warning but the courier only opened for undelivered packages for two hours a day! If you can get the product else where itd be a sensible precaution in case YOU happened to be out when the courier called and they refused to deliver without a signature!
