        I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of Jotul especially considering we are experiencing a pandemic! I ordered a spare part for my Jotul 30 wood burning stove and I received it within two days - delighted - well done Would highly recommend this company

        I ordered the spare items for my stove on Monday the 18th of January, I was emailed to inform me that the items had been dispatched the same day. They arrived on Wednesday the 20th. I live in the middle of nowhere in the Scottish Highlands and the service was superb. They were helpful, friendly and courteous, the transaction was simple and the service second to none.
