Absolutely terrible service. Arranged to do some work and cancelled last minute, then didn't answer the phone for 2 weeks. I then rang off a different number, he arranged another date. 3 pm came and went and we heard nothing. He ignored the calls off my number, so we rang off another number, surprise surprise, he answered. Made poor excuses about why he hadn't showed up. If you don't want to do a job/don't have the time, then just say. We needed the work doing ASAP. Having waited over a month on empty promises, we are now behind schedule.

We had absolutely first class service from Northern Stoves. Our chimney flue required some adaptation to accept a new liner. Most firms would have walked away because it was too complicated: not Northern Stoves. They persevered until the job was done to the highest possible standard. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with my new log burner and the quality of the work from Paul and Wez. Would highly recommend. Not often you get traders who actually clean up after themselves and Wez is a star at doing this. Paul is very knowledgeable and understands all the regulations etc and was happy to work with us to get what we wanted whilst staying compliant to all the rules. Our house should have been an easy fit but due to bad construction from the original builders, Paul and Wez had a challenging installation. They did a great job and really pleased with the end result.

Paul and Wes have done an excellent job in installing a wood burning stove at my property. They uncovered the original arch of the fireplace that adds character to the room.

Wouldn't recommend this company ! Book an appointment & don't turn up ! Had to call them to be lied too !
