        For the past 2wks they have had problems..so bad no notufication is given as to when you pescription is ready..and ever since it became a boots pharmacy the prices are higher compared to when it was peels chemist

        This use to be such a friendly and efficient branch. Ii have gone in today after 2 months from my last visit and what a change, definitely not for the better. Service was extremely slow and most prescriptions weren't ready not just for myself but for the majority of customers. The shop is lacking stock and is absolutely filthy

        Shocking service, middle/old aged asian woman looked me up and down like I was something irritating. Then questioned me when asking where I could pick up the remainder of my sons prescription. Like I was trying to use it for myself!! No I just need the full supply of my sons medication daft cow!

        Truly incompetent, slow, badly managed, inefficient and frustrating. But, don't worry, they've got lots of signs telling us all to respect the staff ... shame they do this at the expense of serving customers! They need a rocket up their backsides.
