Always a first class service . I work in 3 GP practices . Believe me , we are very fortunate here . All staff from admin to GPS are professional , kind , knowledgeable , sensitive and most importantly personable . Keep up the great work and be proud of what you do . Thank you Helen

Reception staff extremely helpful and caring. The doctors ring back on the same day. If possible, depending on the problem, a prescription can be issued over the phone and automatically sent to Boots the chemist, Marsden, ready to be picked up at your convenience.

Receptionists and nurse really nice, try to be helpful BUT.... one doctor was so patronising and unhelpful I requested to never see him again. That had to be repeatedly requested as I kept being given appointments with him. When I needed a referral I had to chase repeatedly to see if it had been sent. Received emails requesting information I had sent over more than once and had received email confirmation of receipt. Requested a meeting/conversation with the practice manager which never happened. Not even an attempt to contact me. So disappointed in the service I transferred surgeries. Not a word from them as to why I've left. Have since discovered other acquaintances have also left the surgery for similar reasons.
