Initial sale went very well. However after-sales was shocking. Specifically asked beforehand to check no issues with timing belt. Assured me that they had full knowledge of history of car and its regular servicing. Car had done 50k miles and within few weeks timing chain needed attention. Took car to their chosen garage. They couldnt carry out work and had to go to another garage. Over 4 weeks we had use of Toyota IQ which was totally inadequate. The courtesy car forced us to change child care arrangements as the car would not physically hold 2 car seats in the rear. Also staff failed to arrange the repair on time. The cost of repair is irrelevant

Picked up my new (To Me) Skoda Octavia from AVSL and I couldnt be happier! Im really fussy when it comes to cars, Andy was patient, understanding and helpful in helping me find the right car for me! Cannot recommend enough, cheers Andy

I bought a bmw from avsl 4 months ago. I come from Birmingham being told it has 2 keys, on arrival they told me sorry 1 key the other key is with the owner and they will post it to me within 2 weeks. 4 months later no key and loads of emails and WhatsApp messages and now being Totally ignored. Very poor after sales customer serviceAVOID
