I contacted Rhodes & Partners on the recommendation of another structural engineer. At first I was a little apprehensive because the most recent review was dated 2 years ago but I would definitely recommend Andy based on the Structural Engineer survey and report I received. Prior to the survey, Andy kept in contact and responded promptly to all my emails. Then after sending through the report, Andy answered a few follow-up questions I had which I appreciated very much. Overall the communication was friendly and professional which set me at ease throughout the process as I had no prior experience or knowledge of structural surveys.

I contacted Rhodes and Partners regarding a problem with what I thought was a Party Wall issue. I had a comprehensive response within the day providing detailed answers to specific areas of concern. Fantastic to say the least. Alastair from Rhodes & Partners has been nothing but professional, proactive and very helpful. I have had a recent party wall dispute and Alastair has helped every step of the way. The work he does is precise and thorough. I will certainly be using Rhodes & Partners again. Very poor service, Im a Builder and my last 2 clients have used this company, both times I have spotted mistakes on the drawings, Crucial points missed.. and I have had to re design on both occasions.. Lee Hunt Hayfield Building Company Est 15 years
