Poor products and worse, poor services: I came across their methods a few weeks ago, realizing how bad they do things, mostly exploiting school teachers who have little technical knowledge. Teachers at the school where I work are complaining that Micro librarian's customer service reps are rude and demanding. That was not the case when their sales people called, stating that their products were fully supported and asked for payments to renew subscrptions. When realized this was not true, and that a product we paid over 400 GBP for was not fully supported, they promised to call back at least 3 times, however when I chased them up, the solution was demanding that I'd upgrade to their more expensive product. No actual solution has been provided and even their customer service manager did not seem like he understood what customer service should be like. Specifically he avoided answers and claimed a few times he did not understand the problem. Will not buy products from them again.
