        If I could give a zero rating I would. Nearly three weeks since my initial call to AXA and still messing about with regards to cover. Two site visits which one would of been ample. Office staff are incompetent, no communication and the person who has been dealing with my complaint is in fact one of the people I complained about. Dont leave these loose to carry out work on your goldfish bowl never mind anything else.

        We contacted Axa Home Insurance about a claim, they passed us on to Hill Burn Ltd to deal with it and I am delighted to say that the whole process went very smoothly. Hill Burn kept us informed every step of the way by phone and email and although it wasn't a straightforward job (we live at the other end of the country), the leak was repaired within a couple of days. Very impressed with their efficiency and pleasant staff.
