        I cannot rate Christine and the classes she provides highly enough. The class content challenges you but it can also be scaled up or down in order to be applicable to all capabilities. Such a relaxed, fun and welcoming environment. I look forward to my Pilates class every week.

        Really like the new shorter recordings as they are easier to fit in between doing other things as well as allowing one to 'mix and match' to what you need. And the new microphone has made them much easier to follow. Another week and I'm sure my old stiffness will have gone and I'll be as frisky as the spring lambs in the field.!         Ive been seeing Christine since the end of lockdown & Pilates has changed my life! I have significantly reduced the amount of pain relief I take each day. I never thought exercise could be so enjoyable, I always leave feeling I could conquer the world. Christine really understands me & so all exercises feel achievable which helps to boost my self esteem. Better feeling than any shopping trip or night out
