Friendly and no queue. The comments on here don't seem justified. I had to wait about 5 -10 minutes which was fine. It takes time to get the right pills and instructions.

Very Slow. The staff appear to be doing thier best but by golly they don't half take their time serving customers. No other customers in and it still takes more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Really really poor service. Just seen the guide time above "people spend 20 minutes on average in the shop"

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Phone never ever gets answered and they just generally dont know what day it is in there. Staff are just totally thick and lazy.

Horrendous place!! Every time I go theres a queue through the whole shop, my last visit I queued 30 minutes, the guy serving me was randomly looking on the shop sides for my prescription, no urgency! No apologies.. joke.

Terrible customer service that never fails to live up to their reputation! In fact I dont even think they know the definition of what customer service is!! Clowns would do a better job running that place!! Prescription sent down in the morning promised its ordered and should be ready after 1pm the following day, I turn up at 4:30pm, not only is the prescription not ready and out of stock, theyve forgotten to order it and theyve missed their cut off time for the following day. There was no apology, no courtesy! When told that is not good enough, especially that it is not the first time this has happened to me and other customers, they seem to have a defence rehearsed reaction to their customers frustration. I was falsely accused of being rude and personal! When Ive asked the pharmacy representative to clarify how and at which point of the conversation was I rude and personal, I get told because Im being frustrated and angry in my tone and she wasnt in yesterday therefore its not her fault my prescription was missed! Just wow!! Last I checked she was wearing the pharmacy uniform and therefore representing the said establishment, therefore I dont care if she was in the day before or the next, the establishment she representing failed to me their obligation and their own promised deadline! So me the customer is not happy and politely but with zero enthusiasm and amusement told them thats not good enough whats the solution as I need those antibiotics today! She gets defensive and plays victim immediately! I would advise anyone to stay away as the pure incompetence, the lack of compassion, the lack of care and lack of sense of urgency is astonishing! It makes you question are they even in the right industry?!
